The hotel is very comfortable, with the swimming pools, shops, garden with different plants. The breakfast was rich with a great assortment of products.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday!
The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused.
We will definitely be back here.
WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

It was a short but very pleasant stay, the staff was very attentive and friendly, the prices were very affordable and the pools were wonderful, with a very complete buffet.

Arrived late on the 08/09/2025 the staff are amazing so kind and attentive, we appreciated the little lunch bag provided as we flew in late. Everyday the food was lovely as were the staff in the restaurant. We loved our little cat visitor who we named patch, even the cats seemed well looked after haha. Definitely come again

Arrived on 25th Aug for a week all inclusive stay with my 17 year old son. We had a fantastic holiday. Even though we’re not interested in the children’s entertainment we did see how hard the staff work and have a constant presence. Food good, bar service good (in particular José & Patricia!). I paid extra for a sea view which I’m glad I did as it was relaxing to sit on the balcony first thing with the stunning view and peace and quiet. Hotel clean, bed super comfy. The only criticism I could make is the rooms are a bit tired looking but it’s 3* so not a showstopper. Highly recommend this hotel, you’ll have a great time!

Not long returned from a nother fantastic holiday at Elba Castillo San Jorge and Antigua. This was our 4th time staying here and have always loved our stay. The Animation Team really make the holiday, they work so hard and always with a smile, especially Martina. She remembered my wife and I from 2 years ago and got us involved in one of the evening entertainment shows. It was very embarrassing getting us to do daft games but lots of fun. What I like is that once you get involved with the Animation Team they remember you and always acknowledge you and chat when they see you around the pool etc. I always think it's nice to get involved and make a difficult job that bit easier for them. This year I did find it the busiest I've known it, which is testament to how good the place is. All staff are so friendly and always offer a service with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the hard work and making it a great place to come and spend a holiday. ☀️

Good hotel with good facilities. Nice scenery and good for walking. Near beach and airport. Good sports bars and restaurants nearby. No separate entertainment or arcade for teenagers. Focus is young children under 10.
