The ONE housekeeper for our floor was still cleaning at 7pm. She did the best she could with what she had, but i always carry a blue light and things were DISGUSTING! Had to request clean blankets in both our rooms. The rooms were unsafe as when you locked the door (even with dead bolt) people could come in. One room my kids were put in had what looked to be AX holes in the door and walls. You could see where the sink had beem pulled off the wall and they gerry rigged it to put it back on the wall using a 2x4 and probably 6 things of calking. There was NO safety locks onthis door AT ALL!! The bathtub faucet came of and hit my son when he ATTEMPTED to shower. I went down and damanded a new room for them, which wasn't much better. The shower didn't drain and the blankets were not clean. Also, for a room that sleeps 4, you were only allowed 2 towels and there were no wash cloths. Had to ask the house keeper for more towels and wash cloths. We had an issue with our reservations where we were double booked for the first night with no rooms for the second night. We went to the front desk and asked for the manager. We were told he would be there in the morning and he wasn't. They took my phone number and promised he would call me. I asked for my rooms to be comped, which is why, i believe, he did not call me back. While we came in after a long day, there were two other guests DAMANDING something IMMEDIATELY be fixed...this hotel has false advertising!! All the rooms we were OLD
