Only real issue is they have heavily perfumed or otherwise sprayed something in the hallway. Over powering but at least not in the room.

The ironing board was extremely wobbly and nearly tipped over. No water could be put in the iron. It was broke. Something on our kids doona so I took them to change them out. The waffle mixture tasted a little off. Otherwise it wasn’t too bad for a one night stay. It was 3 minutes from an appointment we needed to be to the next morning. It was average I would stay.

Very rundown, dirty and lack of overall maintenance. Staff provided no customer service. Spider webs,stained towels and bedding. Toilet bowl , ice bucket and sink looked as if they hadn’t be cleaned in ages. The air conditioner had piles of crumbled sheet rock sitting in the vent. Would not recommend at all.

Parking is tight especially if you drive a regular size pickup. The breakfast was very limited. On the positive, the room was clean & it was quiet. If we fly out of Kansas City again, we'd definitely consider staying here again.

Upon arriving the hotel was very hot overall, once we checked in then got our room keys, both rooms had pee stains all over the sheets, also had little eggs all over the bottom sheets, plus the room was every hot. Ac wouldn’t really work either. We left immediately and let the front desk know about all the issues we decided to go somewhere else, as I would not feel comfortable sleeping there.

It smelt like moth balls, as if the carpet has not been cleaned or deep cleaned in some time.
