Hilton Garden Inn Kansas City Airport

Only stayed one night, prior to returning home. Really liked that there was an on site restaurant that we were able to eat at and not have to go out in the cold weather. Room was comfortable and clean. Had a shuttle to the airport that we used.

It was a good stay for Thanksgiving. The hotel is nice and in a food location for our needs. There is a 24 hour self service snack area and restaurant on site. Breakfast was expensive and is what most hotels offer for free (waffles, eggs, cereal). Pillows are very soft. Bed is comfy.

Nice clean and updated hotel. Would stay again. Needed to keep air conditioner fan on in room for thin walls while trying to sleep, definitely can hear a lot.

Due to circumstances out of my control my flight was cancelled and I needed to change my reservation by one day. They said no, and kept the money. They’re an airport hotel, I can’t be the only one to have had that happen. The insurance I paid for with the reservation also didn’t help reimburse me.

Great hotel 8 min from airport with shuttle service. Very kind staff with a good restaurant.

The hotel was great! Quiet, clean rooms and the staff was super nice!
