As cleanliness is top on my list this Best Western made the grade! The Christmas decor in the lobby was very nice and tastefully done. The clerk at check-in, Cameron was great as well! No complaints here!

Entry light didn’t work. Room was dark. The overall quality is not up to what it use to be.

Hotel is dated. Front desk at our evening check-in was somewhat rude. We requested to see the room before checking in and were asked why we wanted to see it. The condition of the lobby made us feel unsure of the quality and cleanliness of the room. We ended up moving to a different hotel after one night. We were able to receive a refund for the nights we didn’t stay.

Nice hotel and staff but sofa bed and chairs need to be cleaned. Rugs needs to be deep
Cleaned as well. Other then that the staff was great no matter how many questions we had

Everything had a greasy film on it. Even the carpet. Cheap cleaning supplies is my guess. Dingy, dark, and greasy.

manager was very nice. room very clean. hotel very clean. breakfast options were great but lady that works that area was very all over your shoulder as you tried to get food and eat. that made me very uneasy.
