Close to so many great waterfalls, the Porcupine Mountains, surrounded by the Ottawa National Forest and just a short drive to Lake Superior. You'll be surrounded by some of the best areas for outdoor recreation in Michigan. There are 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a queen size bunk bed with a twin bunk. There is an attached full bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds. There is another full bathroom off the kitchen with a stand up shower, washer and dryer. A convenient mud room is located at the back entrance of the home. There is plenty of room to unpack your gear and secure storage. A covered porch is located off the dining room area. The rental is located in a 2-story 100+ historical building that used to be a lodge for the Independent Order of Oddfellows. It has since been remodeled in to 2 separate homes. The rental is on the entire first level of the building. The second level is our private residence, which is separated by a subfloor for privacy.
