The hotel was nice. Customer service was just ok. Not very friendly when we checked in. The Lady who checked us out was more friendly. The mattress was very firm and hard but otherwise it was enjoyable.

The indoor pool and hot tub were not open.
There is construction in the main lobby.

The Hampton Inn has been a great addition to McMinnville's lodging options. Staff is nice, hotel is still new and clean. My go-to when visiting family.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Free breakfast was ok, not great. Food was lukewarm and coffee was very weak

Only thing I noticed was a distinct smell in the bathrooms, but figured it out later that it was from the shower curtain.
So maybe shower curtains to be washed and bleached to remove the smell

The floor, especially hard surface was DIRTY. My girlfriend threw away her socks. The toilet seat was STICKY. And despite turning the AC down when we first arrived, when we got back to the room about 11:30 that evening it was still much warmer than the rest of the hotel. It made for an uncomfortable sleep.
