My room was cold. A spider came down from the ceiling and landed on my cheek. Scared me really bad. Breakfast was good and has lots of variety. The Tv is small. The staff is friendly especially Adell.

Hotel is a good value and includes a full breakfast. Only complaint is that the AC was LOUD.

There was no coffee left in the breakfast room or the lobby…
We made some in our room in the Keurig and there were cockroaches in the Keurig basket. We already killed one the night before on the wall.

The room was s clean and the check in was very easy. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The food was good. Wifi was available. We will stay there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable.
I did not spend alot of time in the room, I was only there for 2 nights, too shower and sleep. The rest of the time I was visiting with family in PA/MD. You get free breakfast, nothing fancy,it would've been nice if there was a coffee pot in the room where you go for breakfast at least during breakfast hours. It would've been nice if they had a refillable filtered water machine to refill your own water bottle like their sister hotel INDIGO. I tried refilling mine from the faucet but the water had a funny taste. Check in and check out was very easy.
