The hotel is OK we stayed twice. 
Positive sides: the location is perfect, near the main sightseeing. Cleaned
Disadvantages: this is NO SMOKING hotel, but there was a smell of sigarette in the room, corridor and all blankets and towels smelled! I saw a person smoking in the room where the all cleaned blankets are., The girl on the reception she was very friendly and helpful. 
The first our stay was much better, but the second time is awful experience.

The interior is very small and not soundproof. The big picture on the bed said. If you go out alone, it is a man's physiological problem that can't stand it, and the woman's response. This big picture is a man or a woman on the bed who does not respond, a woman's naked body leaks a ditch at night. The older woman at the front desk downstairs asked, just do a good job in your store. As for what people are doing in Beijing, it is still irrelevant to you if you can't go out (no melon). In other words, ****. This room was not changed for garbage on the last day, and it was not cleaned. To deceive consumers is that there is a window upstairs that can't see the light, just like the basement. Just arrived at the hotel room with slippers and some soil. There is no elevator, and you have to go around two times. There is no paper pump, and the bathroom is a small roll of toilet paper. It is extremely pitiful. If you pull your belly, you may have to get it. The door is a wooden one, and there is only one charging port. The charging port is far from the bed. Even the plug-in is wireless. This is also very bad. You have something to go back to the hotel. It is very tired. The phone is not powered yet. You can sit while charging. The cold air in the house is air-conditioned, although it seems to be the same as the time. Just blow it for a while and don't blow it. It is not recommended whether you are alone or two or drag your family. 160-177 One night is like living in a hotel single room with a bath, but fortunately the subway is closer to 1 dry more than meters.

As a cheaper alternative, I would not recommend this hotel even though it is walking distance to the railway station.
The general area of the hotel is fairly rough, even though there is adequate food to be found. Taxi drivers had trouble finding it also. 
The front desk was not overly friendly although they did provide some helpful information. Restaurant provided breakfast which could only be called minimal quality.

Stayed for four nights and the experience was great.  Just a short walk away from the lake.  Very convenient location from downtown and all the touristy spots taking the taxi.  The hotel was very clean, family friendly, staff were attentive to guests and even helped me track down the ******* guy trying to find the hotel.  Walls were thick enough to have a good night's rest, which is very important as I'm a light sleeper (even with wearing earplugs).

On top of that, the park has some great eats like a hotpot place, steakhouse, Italian food with wine, a clothing/jewelry shop or two for the ladies, a little skateboard park for the kids, and a Lawson if you need any last minute stuff.  Great customer service skills, great environment, great view.  10/10 would highly recommend. 🥰🥰

Very good value for money hotel, the room is very clean, the service desk is warm. The friendly attitude is very good and the service is very good. Behind the hotel is a park where you can take a walk, listen to music, see the square dance, and choose here next time. Thoughtful and polite, very good, I will choose this hotel next time. Awesome!

The service provided by the lady at the front desk was warm and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, giving people a very comfortable feeling. There was also a free buffet breakfast in the morning and parking was also very convenient. Next time I call friends to come together, I will definitely choose this hotel as my first choice.
