The room was very spacious for a family, although it felt a bit old-fashioned. We were very comfortable staying there for almost a week. The three rooms made us feel at home. However, there were no kitchen utensils. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. We will be back again.

Customer friendly, especially receptionist 2 beautiful girl Vira and her friend, good room, facility good. The most important thing is to be safe(Aman). Will repeat again next time.

Location is great and it is very close to the mall - Lippo Mall and Sun Plaza. Rooms are spacious and hall is big enough to accommodate 4 of us. It is an old building but it is just fine

Comfortable stay, convenient location.

I had a bittersweet experience staying in this apartment. For the good things: the apartment is located strategically near city center, the room is spacious with complete basic amenities. However, there are 2 unpleasant things. First, there is no non-smoking unit except for the high-end room types. I went into a unit with leftover smoke smell, likely from previous guest. Second, the sound-proofing is terrible. My bedroom was facing a street junction, and any roaring noise from the cars/modified bikes penetrated the room as if there was no window to begin with. There was no ear plug the apartment could provide even though this was not the first feedback they have received from previous guests, and I couldn't sleep throughout the night. I booked 4 nights and immediately left after the first night. The service was pretty decent though. The customer service tried to use air purifier to suck out the smoke smell, and attempted to move me to other rooms to no avail because of similar noise problem.

Well its ok for families

At the heart of medan city apartment with easy access to every places in city close to the mall Sun Plaza,Buddhist borobudur temple,hospital food around the mall. You will access to the mall with online driver not too much fare. Apartment have two bedroom with big space for living room. Nice stay in this apartment.

This the best place to stay if u with ur family. Or even bussines trip. Because the room is completly spacious and also have a living room and dining room. So i choose this hotel because i can make a meeting in my own room.

Lucky to be upgrade to larger unit two bed room, even i had no use it. But bed room face to main street which very noisy at night, non stop motor bike sound.

It was a pleasure staying here with the family. It's spacious and well-equipped, despite its dated facilities.

It's quite spacious with 3 rooms, quite clean and the location is right in the heart of the city. Highly recommended 👍👍👍
