Please read this very carefully before you book your stay. I realize this is an old building however there is a really bad sewer gas issue. The odor was so overpowering it was making my pregnant wife ill. In addition to that we booked a 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Soon arrival they told us the kitchen apartments do not come with refrigerator. It did not have one fork, knife, spoon or so much as 1 pan. Because of the horrible odor we were offered the smallest room they had. We prepaid $800 apon arrival and we’re told there is absolutely no refunds. We stayed 2 days and left. PEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I found the management to be very dishonest and I found that what he offered on Airbnb was quite different than what was delivered. The dea I ended up with was not the one that I contracted for and I was completely disillusioned by the fact that at the property. Complete up charges!

Booked the 'deluxe room with balcony' but was put in a normal room, they tried to blame booking but even at night when I checked they were still selling rooms they didn't have. The worse part, they wouldn't give a refund of any of the amount I paid. I'd advise not staying here.

El parcero de recepción excelente atención, calidad de persona, pero la muchacha morenita la que es rellenita, falta de empatia, falta de capacidad para ayudar a los huésped, en otras palabras le valió madres,no hubo solucion y no busco la manera de ayudar. Demás personal, cocineras, y chica del aseo, muy bien.

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en la zona de Laureles, siendo una zona muy segura y tiene cerca diversas tiendas (supermercados, restaurantes, centros comerciales, parques, etc.). Pero esto también se vuelve un factor en contra, ya que en las noches hay mucha actividad, lo cual lo vuelve una zona ruidosa. El hotel cuenta con muy buena cobertura de wifi, ascensor, personal en la recepción 24 horas (muy amable), y la habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, nevera o minibar, escritorio, tv pantalla plana (suscripción con Claro), la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, lencería de cama y toalla. La limpieza de la habitación es bastante buena y en ambos días hicieron la limpieza y el arreglo de la misma (cambio de toalla). El mobiliario de la habitación está en buenas condiciones, pero sí hay que mejorar o renovar un poco el mobiliario del baño, ya que la puerta de la ducha no cerraba por completo. En general es una muy buena opción en relación al precio-valor.
