The breakfast was great, including sweet and sour pork ribs. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. We arrived very late and he went out to greet us. We didn't understand the language and he helped communicate with the taxi driver. Clean and tidy, good experience

This hotel is like an apartment with a kitchenette. The room is quite big and clean. Breakfast was ok. I think the location is a little bit off. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the bustling place of El Poblado, and it takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the map station. Of course, Uber is the most convenient in Medellin. The area is considered a wealthy area, quite quiet and safe. The security downstairs is very strict. If you bring someone back to the hotel, you need to register your identity.

Spacious and modern room with a large window. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive (they immediately got us a hair dryer since the room did not have one and they took care of booking the excursions). Full breakfast and excellent location in an area full of restaurants and shopping centers. Absolutely nothing to criticize.

Kind of dated hotel, good if you are traveling with a large group. Far from nightlife options at El Poblado, but rather located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Service was helpful, as I had problems with the TV, and they solved it. Breakfast, although basic, was enough for an early start.

Good stay overall. The toilet seat doesn't stay up the whole time and keeps falling in some of the rooms. The air conditioner also isn't fully functional in all of the rooms and is weak in some rooms.
