Poblado Hotel was simply amazing, and I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic my experience was during my stay there. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The staff at Poblado Hotel were incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. The restaurant staff, the door men, the cleaning staff were all very helpful and provided excellent care! Especially the breakfast staff. The manager, I don’t know his name was always very attentive and took great care of me. They made my stay very comfortable and memorable!

Everything was nice except that the air conditioning was not working correctly

My hotel stay was amazing. The hotel is new, very clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The housekeeping service was also very good; the room smelled really nice every day. Would definitely stay again!

Super location, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Some of the furniture might seem a little dated but bathroom, bed and linens were great. Overall a great stay and a great value. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
