Hotel is nice great location staff was gentle buffet and food very good and delicious only late sometimes in room cleaning otherwise I recommend

Absolutely loved my stay at Crowne Plaza Madinah! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Masjid an Nabawi, making it extremely convenient for prayers and visiting the holy site. The hotel truly offers a luxurious experience with excellent facilities and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah, and I would definitely stay here again!

1. Very dirty in dining area. sticky floor. 2. No slippers in the room. 3. Room doesn’t match with photo on the website. There is nothing in common between the photos on the website and on Trip.com and reality. 4. Room with king size bed is not exist. Only on the pictures. 5. Staff at the reception is not interested in communication with the guest

The Hotel can use some maintenance, the overall experience is satisfactory. It's understandable that the hotel has heavy traffic but the timely maintenance specially for plumbing would enhance the experience even further. Most of the IHG hotels provide coffee capsules that'd be also nice.

Disappointing Experience at Crowne Plaza Madinah Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay at Crowne Plaza Madinah. Considering the hotel’s brand and price, I expected a much higher standard. The toilet amenities were more like what I would expect from a 2- or 3-star budget hotel. The beds were also quite small and felt similar to those in a budget hotel. The cleaning service was another major disappointment. For two days, the staff did not properly clean or even wash our kettle. Our room had only one cupboard, which was inconvenient. On the first day, slippers were provided, but during the following two days, they were not replaced or provided again. I have stayed at a Crowne Plaza hotel in Xiamen, China, and the difference was huge. Compared with my experience there, the Madinah property felt like poor value for money. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the housekeeping, room amenities, bed quality, and overall maintenance. With better attention to these details, the hotel could provide a much better experience for its guests.

Excellent hotel in Al Madinah. The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The service was professional throughout our stay, making our visit to Madinah very comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Room cleanliness was really bad dust every where they did not clean out sheets during the stay , but the worst experince was the breakfast no varities at all only one kind og cheese on the buffet service inside the restaurant was very slow while it was nog busy ,Everything was extremely terrible on this stay and i did not expect such value for money at IHG prperty.

Location is good. But not very close to amenities such as affordable restaurants. Lobby and rooms need refresh renovation.
