Location is fabulous. Breakfast had pretty good options.
However, you cannot compare this to a North American chain in terms of service. The front desk staff is very polite and can communicate really well.(all of the folks on the front desk)

It’s like someone built a beautiful hotel but forget to operate it.
Rooms are really nice and spacious. The hotel is right in front of Haram.
But we didn’t see room service but at the third day. We kept calling the operator but no one answers.
For its price it’s a great hotel if you don’t mind the above.

The Prophet's Mosque View Suite has two room keys. The facilities inside are relatively old, but you can see the Prophet's Tomb. Go downstairs and cross the road to the Holy Mosque. The advantage is that the location is good and the breakfast is less varied.

Excellent hotel. Super comfortable beds. Mohammed Nishu and Omar Farouk were extremely helpful in house keeping. They should get a raise! Food choices are great and prices are very reasonable. This hotel is near the Rawdah side.

The rooms was ok and the service was good, breakfast need to have more items, I have omelet and three day in row the chief didn’t make it right on the fourth day chief finally got the order right.
