Check in process was bad. Took us 1 hour. The rest all ok. Need to improves the staff at the reception counter.

Favorite hotel in Madinah. Proximity and convenience. This is my second time visit and i was surprised the rooms were nicely renovated and clean as usual. Recommended

I booked and think is near by haram but its quite far, you should take something 4 to 5 km walking to harm and janatul baqi. Dont book if you not like walking or elderly age peoples.
