I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this hotel. When I arrived, there was an issue confirming my booking — despite it being fully paid in advance. Instead of helping resolve the situation quickly or showing any sense of urgency, the staff made me wait at the front desk for over two hours with no clear communication or real attempt to assist. They simply kept saying there was nothing they could do, passing the responsibility without taking any initiative. No empathy, no apology, and no basic customer service. After a long day of travel, this was the last thing I needed. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expected much better from a hotel of this standard.
