I booked a room with haram view, but they checked me in to the with city view, of course later they upgraded my room to the one I booked, but I think in this type of hotels this is one of the biggest mistakes. if exclude this, everything was good.

It is a bit pricy however it worth it, the hotel offers half board meal type, very close to al haram, very flexible and accepted our request for late check out free of charge

We had lunch at Kyoto, Oberoi and the taste was great! We ordered Teppanyaki mix with Unagi Sushi. Service was top knot with beautiful view MasyaAllah. If you are looking for Japanese culinary, you can come here with family. Best time is after Isya prayer.

Nice food. Nice service. Good ambience.i always came here when i visit medinah for umrah. The staff very helpfull. Especially nazmul islam parbes. My son love the sushi. Very fresh. And the teppanyaki very good. I will come here again when i doing umrah

service is top notch , i didnt ask for the cake, they gave it for free since it was my birthday . The view is absolutely stunning with masjid nabawi . Food was tasty , id definitely come here again ! The ambience also super classic and royalty vibe

We are really delighted with the services of oberoi medinah suadi arabia the manager captain mr yasir captain omar Stewards sattar hasan and all they are really quick eespknd whenever we ask anything and also the food so excellent Very polite. The food is absolutely great! Always something new every meal, 3x/day. The 'om ali' is the best! The fruit is fresh. Capt Aswan, Yasser, Kiyas, executive chef Abdul Aziz, Chef Ilyas are so warm, just like family. The ambience is wonderful. Best!

We celebrate my wife Birthday in Madinah with delicious Japanese Food. The Food is ecxellent and the service of Nazmul is making us very comfortable. He handle things with care. Highly recommended restaurant if you go to Madinah. Restaurant is Located in Hotel Oberoi Madinah
