Olea Vitis

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I wanted to take a shower, the drain was clogged, and as anyone would do, I reported my problem. Unfortunately, he shouted at us, swore, and even broke the shower head right in front of us. On top of that, he demanded 100 euros from us and asked us to leave the hotel. And all of this happened just because we said the shower drain was broken. So, if you want to go, you may, but if you have any problems with your room, don’t even think about mentioning them, because at any moment they might swear at you, shout at you, and even demand money from you.

We stayed at a hotel called Olea Vitis in the Medjugorje area and were truly impressed with our experience. I have never slept in a bed with sheets that smelled so wonderfully fresh—everything was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The hotel is located very close to the town center, which made it easy for us to explore Medjugorje on foot. The dinner exceeded our expectations; the soup, in particular, was absolutely delicious and still lingers in our memory. Breakfast was also sufficient, with a nice variety and everything we needed to start the day. We stayed in a bright and spacious room with a balcony—room number 312. Having a fridge in the room was also very convenient. Many thanks to the hotel management and staff for making our stay so pleasant. If we visit Medjugorje again, we would definitely choose to stay here once more.
