The location of this property is great. It is within walking distance to Old Town and a short ride to Disney and Disney Springs. The pool and pool bar are nice! The hotel has an arcade for kids, which we didn't use, but it looked fun. The condo could definitely use a thorough clean. Baseboards and blinds were dirty. There was gunk on the walls. The hot tub was disgustingly dirty, as if the filters had never been changed. There were tiny bug crawling on the counters. The shower door wouldn't stay shut in the main washroom. They do not provide toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. The carpets and upholstery had stains. The front desk was not accommodating with a late checkout request.

The layout of the units is great for a family. The units however need a ton of updating. The grout is coming out of the floor, the tiles are cracked, the hot tub doesn’t heat up. And the cleaning was almost non-existant. The couch needed to be cleaned, the kettle had a sludge in the bottom of it, there was sand in the bed, and the bathrooms had hair everywhere. The showers were grimy. We did tell the front desk about and they sent someone to clean the couch, change the bedding and give us a new kettle. But in reality, the entire unit needed to be deep cleaned.

We loved this property, it was great for our 4 kids and two small dogs. We loved the jacuzzi and the whole house. I totally recommend it!

The property doesn’t have bbq,for us that we usually make bbq at trip &don’t eat outside food it’s very important,over all it was good

They canceled my reservation because we arrived later. I made this reservation a month before and we had a transportation issues, I had called the property many times to let they know that we are on our way there and they said to do not worry about it. I called 40 min before arriving and the told us that my 5 nights stays was canceled because we are late. We had three kids, groceries, luggages and no place to go. This property is bad business. Do not trust them.

My family and I had a great time! The staff was very kind and professional. It’s a great place with a great price for families! With definitely return 🙂

Loved property and pool area. The townhouse could have been cleaner but great stay overall.

Third time staying, love the space, accommodations, how near it is to all parks, Old Town, highways and being able to use the full kitchen to cook instead of dine out every meal is always a major bonus. We’ll be back for our fourth time again in 2024! Cannot wait.

Our rental place was under renovation when we’re there. So many inconveniences with the people working outside on the balcony and the terrace, we’re unable to seat outside for breakfast. I have to cancel my dinner with the family in my place because we are not able to seat outside because the furniture was remove during the remodeling, the smell inside the place was horrible due the paint on the wall. Our parking spot was close with a yellow ribbon.. so no parking spot around our house. Not mentioning that I was getting ready for the wedding and I was coming out of the bathroom and a guy was on the balcony painting the walls when we were there in the room. I ask him lo leave because he was bothering my privacy and he told me that the owner of the house told him to come and do the job. My question until situation like this is why they rent a place that are under renovation…. Is ******* aware of this situation? Expecting and answer about this matter.
