This hotel is connected to the Hôtel l'Arboise just below. The Mamie was actually closed for the season, and we were upgraded to a suite at the Arboise!

The room was nice and the view was great. The breakfast was simple but filling. There are shuttle buses to the ski resort and the town at the foot of the mountain, every 20-30 minutes, and the drivers are very accommodating.

This was a nice surprise. We came go Megeve to stay at Four Seasons, but had one night to stay here from Midnight to 9 am. Thought it was a charming, family run, mountain hotel. Good value, very friendly staff, nice location, good rooms (for the hotel category), nice breakfast. Only the beds were not the most comfortable; otherwise a good surprise

Would 100% recommend!
We loved our stay at Mamie Megève. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely. Initially we had thought it might have been an issue having to get a shuttle to the slopes but they were regular and really easy. Special shoutout to Miloud, a driver from a neighbouring hotel (L’ambrosie) who picked us up from the slopes and took us back to Mamie Megeve. He was very friendly and really helped us out as we were really tired from a whole day of skiing. Would definitely recommend staying at M.M and hope to come back here in the future.

quite high price for a very mediocre experience, garage looks like a military cave, facilities are not really nice, concept of room is awkward with two small bathroom doors, a wardrobe at the entrance rather than a spacious room. Staff is not trained for hotels. They are friendly but it is just not a hotel service. The hotel need renovation and I honestly do not advise to go there
