The location of the hotel is very good! It is only about 200 meters away from the subway entrance. The room is clean and tidy! The hygiene is also very good, with complete toiletries and facilities. The smart guest control in the room is very convenient, and the TV can also cast the screen, which is great! What is remarkable is the hotel's service. I checked out in a hurry and left the specialty I bought for my friend in the room. After contacting the front desk sister, the front desk immediately contacted the room to help me find the specialty, and added WeChat to help me mail the express. The whole process was very patient, without a trace of impatience. I recommend friends to come together next time!

Absolutely five stars! After visiting the Terracotta Warriors in the morning, we booked a day-use room at Meihao to take a nap and recharge for 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show later. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they even advised us on how to best explore Huaqing Pool and where to collect our show tickets, which saved us a lot of legwork. The hotel is conveniently located near Huaqing Pool, within walking distance, and we were able to park our car there. The room was very reasonably priced, offering great value for money. It was also spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We liked many things except the tour desk.

We loved Mehood Bell tower for 
- the excellent location,
- great value for the rate we paid,
- laundry and dryer facilities 
- unlimited bottled water,  

We booked 2 rooms. Our room was quiet but the other  room could hear faint cars honks from the roads below(ear plugs provided at lobby), 

Staff we interacted with are lovely. Staff included senior breakfast female attendant, 24hour reception and housekeeping supervisor. 

We had a terrible experience with the tour desk. Our trip to Mt Hua was horrible.  Pick up was at 7:05. Went around Xi'an for 1 hour. Reached Mt Hua at 11:45. Got Mt Hua tickets only at 12:55p. Do not recommend the tour desk

Two words, lightning protection
The environment is so-so. The blinds in the bathroom are so rotten that they won't be replaced?
The bedding is old, the date on the pillowcase is 21 years, are you sure there is no patch on the sheets and quilts? The hotel service is extremely good. One of my family members had an accident and the hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially the manager Pengzhen Li(李彭珍). She took immediate action to care for the family member, and has been taking care of my whole family during our stay as well. She is quite proactive and always thinks ahead to offer the service we may need. Gave us advice on how to plan our trip and responded our messages promptly. It’s so good to see a greeting smile face who knows us and cares for us at the hotel every morning. Actually all hotel staff are with great hospitality, always greet with warm smile and offer to help. The hotel location is quite good as well. Close to the tourist attractions and close to local shops as well. Strongly recommend.

The location of the hotel is really good, only 500m from an interchange metro station with direct train to Yuyuan, Nanjing Road, and both airports. You can also search for shopping malls, convenience stores, and restaurants on baidu map. A lot of choices close to the hotel. The rooms are pretty spacious, and washing machine and dryer can be used for free. Not all of the receptionists can speak English, but they are really supportive. When we got problem with our air tickets, the reception was so nice and helped us a lot to contact the airlines, send emails, and follow up with them, which we were really grateful for. However, not so many choices for breakfast.

This hotel really meets my travel needs perfectly! The location is amazing, with the subway entrance right outside and the station only a few minutes' walk away. We were given welcome fruit upon check-in. There was a treasure box (needle thread/cotton swabs and other daily necessities), fruit, and snacks in the lobby. Facilities: The hotel has complete supporting facilities, including a gym and a self-service laundry room. There is also a special place for men to urinate in the bathroom of our room. After I urinated in the afternoon of the first day of my check-out, the flushing sensor may not have sensed it at that time, and I guess I didn’t flush, which led to the whole bathroom being ugly when I went to the toilet the next morning.

Hygiene: Everything is quite clean. One thing is that on the day I checked in, I found that there was a piece of construction waste on the floor of the washing area in the hotel room, which seemed to be a cement block.
