Overall, we enjoyed our time staying at Horison TC Upi Serang. The location was perfect since it was of good diatance to several places like the mall and food places. The beds were very comfortable and rooms are spacious 👍🏼 Service was also very good as they are very polite 👍🏼 The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food available 👍🏼
However, my family and I feel that the cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as my parents saw hair on the floor (which is not theirs) and dust still. The cleanliness can be improved further 👎🏼 Additionally, there is a mosquito problem as me and my family saw alot of mosquitoes in our rooms and I got bit several times at night 👎🏼 Hope these issues can be resolved.
Thank you for the good stay, will probably stay there again in the future 🙏🏼

the AC is cold, the TV is smart, the bathroom is clean, the bed is clean, the table is clean, the floor is clean.
-dirty glass
-the sink can't be pressed the water channel
-when taking a shower the water is muddy to the floor because the shower rail is short

The room is big.. the twin beds are still 160 cm in size I think..
For 4 people, you can run around in the room
The downside is that during breakfast you are interrupted to fill in the review, that's a big no.
