Honestly, the welcome was very pleasant, the staff were attentive. I felt at home, but the only problem is that the big bosses don't even come to arrange things a little so that the employees work properly because what is really missing is air conditioning in reception and some repairs. But the staff really consider me as their own family.

Great staff, I was upgraded by the receptionist. The bar and restaurant are great, the beef fillet is excellent.

Air conditioning failed to work. Receptionist was not helpful in getting it repaired. Shower was not hot or working properly. Fridge in room was filthy. Disco was on till very early hours and even though I was on the 3rd floor it was very loud. Stay away from this hotel.

Not for a family! It should be noted that the hotel includes a bar and a nightclub (which receives escort girls) so in the evening it is noisy and alcoholic. The rooms are OK, a little old, lots of carpets. The swimming pool is right in the middle so you can get stared at by men at the bar, not very interesting! In any case for a family it is recommended, however for young people who want to party it is good. And the hotel is right in the center so everything is nearby.
