The room was okay, I guess. The first room I got had a slightly dirty duvet cover. The second room they gave me had a bit too much air freshener, which made the smell a bit strong. However, the front desk and Trip.com tried their best to resolve the issues, which was good. At least the service was decent; they didn't just completely give up and shirk responsibility; they made an effort to solve the problems. The value for money was acceptable. For housekeeping, I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness when guests extend their stay. They didn't proactively replenish the tissues when they ran out, but after I contacted the front desk, they delivered them promptly.

Facilities: This is a new hotel, so there's no renovation smell. All the facilities are in good condition, and there's a bar on the 2nd floor. Just a heads up, Australian hotels generally don't provide toothbrushes or slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. Toiletries are provided and they smell lovely! Cleanliness: No issues, very clean and no unpleasant odors. Environment: Excellent location! David Jones, Myer, and the tram are right downstairs, which is super convenient. The area feels safe, and the soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic! Service: The service was excellent; the staff were friendly and polite.

The room was very new. Contrary to other reviews, there was no strange smell in the hotel hallway, but the room itself had a strong odor. The staff were very kind and allowed us to check in early. There was a Chinese-speaking staff member who was particularly thoughtful, telling us where to go for fun, where to eat, and where the trams were free. Thank you! For this service alone, I'd stay here again next time. The room is a bit small, but it's just right for one person.

The location is unbeatable, right in the city center, above a shopping mall. Downstairs, there's the main commercial street with all sorts of trendy cafes, supermarkets, and a chemist. It's also just a few minutes' walk to Chinatown, which is super convenient for anyone wanting to grab dinner or meet up for a tour in the evening. Every front desk staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly, offering excellent service. The room itself was quite spacious, and the bathroom and shower area were also generously sized. The only reason it's not a perfect score is that on the second day, for some reason, they only tidied the room but didn't provide fresh towels. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend choosing this place when visiting Melbourne.

Arrived around 9 AM and they actually managed to give me a room, even though it was a downgrade. I was just happy to be able to rest. The room was clean and new. The location is excellent. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.
