Perfect stay for a simple trip. Stayed at the single bed room. The room is small but just enough for my short stay.
Room was clean & it has everything you expected for a budget hotel: Tea/coffee, milk on the fridge and toileteries.
Wifi speed is good for browsing (Approx 40-50Mbps)
The only downside is: Their hotel key is using old technology and easily demagnetised. I happen to put it next to my Airpods and it loses the magnetism.

The hotel is very convenient, with a great location and easy access to everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made my stay comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience with good service.

Location is pretty convenient.
It’s kind of front desk.
But it is pity to have a breakfast buffet, even I need to pay. It is doesn’t matter.

We booked the hotel from trip.com which was the best decision we made in securing a place in Melbourne. Its easy, convenient and theyre offering an affordable price compared to other booking site. Best Western Hotel, its 5/5. Friendly staff and the location is great. Will surely book again for our next trip to Melbourne.

The room was too cold as the cold air seeped into the hotel room, the walls to thin so the ambient noise on the streets will travel into the room. The place was not well maintained as some fixtures were spoilt and left hanging waiting for repairs. But location is good in the middle of downtown.
