The location and accommodation is suitable for basis needs. However the hot water ran out faster than expected.

The pictures of the property are nothing like what greeted us when we went to our apartment. Apartment was old, dirty, not enough cooling/ heating, we had 3 flights of stairs to manage with heavy luggage, and a 10 min walk from where we checked-in, we got a refund and went elsewhere as property is deceiving people with photos online. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Good location with essentials needs nearby, very average accommodation.
Great for cheap stay as just somewhere with acceptable quality of bed.
No soap/ shower gel for shower just shampoo and conditioner.
It was rainy day and windows was a little bit opened, room became Mudgee.
Room setting not great privacy when the door and people from outside the door able to see the bed.
It was a cockroach there maybe cause of windows were opened, or a good pest control need to be done.
Great thing about this accommodation is it is with free parking.

We got a room which was infested with cockroaches. The room was changed when we complained but overall both rooms were dirty.

Great quite location next to the CBD. 20 minute walk. Nice enough room for a fantastic price.
The bed could of been a bit more comfy but may be my preference.
The downside was that there was not mush sound prodding from the adjacent rooms. Especially the one above. And if they had their heater on, ours would rattle. That did not allow for a great night sleep when they had it on all night.

Upon my arrival at approximately 5pm Reception was not attended but after a quick phone call I was directed to a secure location where the room key and information was located.
The room was basic but clean and tidying with microwave, kettle, toaster and basic utensils for 3 people. OK for a short stay. The window blinds let in a lot of light so in the summer you would be awake very early 😭.
Reception was not attended when I left around 9am so I left key in the room.
My only complaint were the noisy/argumentative guests in a nearby room but that is not the management's fault.
I would stay again as it fulfils my requirements of reasonably cheap and close to my office.
