I stayed at YEHS Hotel Melbourne CBD in September 2023. On the second night, I discovered a bed bug in my room, meaning I had already spent two nights there. The hotel’s compensation was only one night’s refund plus a $50 voucher. Moreover, I was told that if I did not accept this offer, no refund would be processed at all. I eventually accepted, but I did not feel this was a fair resolution given the situation.
2025年8月に宿泊した際、2泊目に客室でトコジラミを確認しました。1泊目から2泊目の間に清掃が入っていなかったこともあり、2泊分の補償をお願いしたのですが、「返金は1泊分と次回利用できる宿泊券のみで、これ以上は対応できない。条件を受け入れない場合は一切補償できない」とのご回答でした。最終的にはその条件を受け入れましたが、状況を踏まえると十分な対応とは言い難いと感じました。
我于2025年8月入住了墨尔本CBD的YEHS酒店。第二晚时，我在房间里发现了床虱，这意味着我实际上已经在该房间住了两晚。酒店提供的补偿只有一晚的退款加上一张50美元的代金券。此外，他们还表示，如果我不接受这个方案，就不会处理任何退款。最终我接受了，但考虑到当时的情况，我并不认为这是一个公平的解决方式。

- No tap water for drinking
- Have hot water for only 1st night but 2nd night it’s too cold :(
- No soundproof
- Price is reasonable
- Staffs are nice and helpful.

The hot water wasn’t available when we reached there was a big bummer as we paid 40 Aud and upgrade our rooms to check in early as we wanted to shower.

Hotel is quite old, location is great. Free Luggage storage is a good plus point.

Great location, near to southern Cross Station. Arrived early before check-in time, Angie was helpful to find me a room. I was also able to store my luggage after checking out
