I had a truly fantastic stay. The location is absolutely unbeatable—right next to the station. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance. Everyone we encountered was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We arrived at 10 AM, well before the standard check-in time, and they kindly offered us early check-in. The room itself was clean, tidy, and surprisingly spacious. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be booking here again on my next visit!

It is very convienent, got cafes downstairs! Also along with restaurants and cafes which are good to eat! I love the bread from Regulars and kbbq resturant downstairs! Very near the train station - state library! Walkable distance to victoria library and melbourne central too! The service is good and staff are friendly!

Great location, right next to the subway station, definitely in the city center. It's close to all the attractions, and Chinatown is just a short walk away. The hotel even gave us a free upgrade to a high-floor room with a kitchen, which really made our stay perfect!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city center with tons of restaurants nearby. It's especially convenient for Chinese food. The subway station is just a two-minute walk downstairs and takes you directly to Southern Cross Station. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

We were also assigned a very small room, the worst we have stayed in at this property.
