Firstly we have stayed here couple times both were great , till this time , firstly we settled in and relaxed for a while . Then started to make tea . After opening the cupboard to get fry pan notice , piles of dirt running up the inside of it , right above the stove (. Ref to first pic ) then opened the over and there was food still stuck to oven tray , ok we cleaned it up and had tea , then went to load dishwasher opened it and the smell all most sat my on my ass. It was disgusting, did not use that the 3 days were there , so I went to have a shower but water woukd not go down drain , so I lifted the grate and I all most vomited it was clogged full of hair and dirt the whole length of the grate , that would be about 2.5 metres long , I spent $40 and 2 hours srubbing tiles and clean hair out , I bagged it up ( ref to second pics ) and weighted it 2.7 kilo of dirt and hair , told management only to get told he was off till next day and would call me , NO I called them and got told please understand as for Covid we are struggling and can’t get cleaners that was his reply. ??????? What the hell , 2 weeks on and I message booking .com every day and get told call Winston appt that I did and got told next time I come I can have a free 24 hour parking spot , I will not go back there , as for booking .com who I book it with , will be getting in touch with my solicitors, disgusting from both Winston and booking .com I will have to add more pick separately it won’t let me do it I will add after this review
