The staff are really friendly and accommodating. I had to move rooms because of some issues. The location is good and everything is clean. Simple slippers could be provided.

Have stayed here a couple of times, good quiet location in CBD, easy walk to public transport and attractions/shopping/restaurants.

The hotel room was a bit small, and after the staff cleaned the room, they didn't restock the tissues. I had to go down to the front desk to get some, which shows a lack of attention to detail and room for improvement. Also, the water pressure wasn't very strong, so the shower experience could be better.
