Bathroom/toilet was dirty when we arrived. Like someone had used the toilet prior to our arrival. Thin walls -Could hear the person in the next room. Could also hear a loud generator or something that was so loud that we decided to check out at 3am as it was impossible to sleep. Upon leaving we requested that management call us the next morning. Waited 4 weeks and never heard from them Decided to email with my feedback/poor experience. Received a stock standard response and offer to upgrade on next visit (will not be visiting again so this isn’t helpful) Requested a full or partial refund due to only being there a few hours and having to leave at 3am. Was told they would not discuss a refund given that my partner had put a Google review (with what he felt was constructive feedback). They tried to dismiss his review by saying it took us weeks to raise this. Well, I had a baby in that time, that night was supposed to be our last night as a couple (thanks to the hotel it was ruined). We had also requested they contact us and were waiting for them to do so (they never did). It appears they have now taken down his review which is disappointing. Disgusting/non existent customer service. This is the worst hotel and most dismal customer service I have ever experienced. Sounds like they are focused on weddings which is great, but you can’t treat other paying guests poorly. Would not recommend staying here.
