Great room and service. a very convenient location . Hotel is located on a quiet street right in the middle of the central business district. Numerous cafes and restaurants are a short walk from the hotel. Also, most of Melbourne landmarks can also be reached on foot. I stayed there for three nights and I wish I stayed longer. Bed is super comfortable and I had a pleasant sleep. Once I was late for breakfast and I was still offered a cereal with espresso! Also, on more then one occasion the hotel staff was outmost pleasant and helpful.

Convenient location, close to Chinatown and shopping malls. The kitchen can meet basic needs, but the sanitation is a little poor, and no one has cleaned it for 4 days.

Good room service however our room was positioned next to generator that ran loudly for duration of stay and impacted sleep quality. Toilet was not clean and tv did not work. Issues were not addressed when staff on desk were notified. Good location.

The property was neat and spacious. Not conjusted.
What i did not like is the car parking. Tourist hire cars and we had to pay for the overnight charges and the car park was so narrow that parking was a bit challenging
