I had a two night stay and we were 3 of us.
There was lots of bed bugs in the apartments and we all god red rash from their bites.
Even we had to face an issues with bugs as they entered to our luggages.
When I informed reception even they didn’t worry about our self or didn’t apologies to us.
If you want to get red rashes from bed bugs bites and airport issues and fines please select this place.

The room is old and dirty and the bathroom door is broken down. When we switched on the provided kettle in the room, the electricity failed and the room blacked out. The service is extremely bad, the receptionist seems to be ignoring the room guests and gives fake promises. We required the bathroom door maintenance in the morning and the receptionist promised to get someone for it but when we returned in the afternoon the problem was still unsolved. We also required help during the blackout and the receptionist promised to get us a new kettle as a replacement. We waited for almost an hour but still, the kettle wasn't delivered. We can't call the reception counter since there's no phone in the room so we needed to get down to the reception counter several times. When we asked for the promised kettle at the counter, we found that it had been ignored and the receptionist who gave us the promise had already exited his work. It's really a bad experience for the two nights we've stayed there.

Most terrible hotel I’ve recently stayed. When we came to check-in, we were told to go to another hotel, which is their sister hotel in Spencer street. Hotel staff told it is walking distance but we had to walk 20-25 min with big suitcase. Next day we were told again to move to Swanston and when checked l-in, we were told that there is only one bed room despite our booking was two bed rooms. The service is unbelievably terrible and I definitely don't recommend skimping on hotel costs and making it your worst memory.

Only thing i love about this apartment is the location. Its near to kultiple convinience store and a tran station just infront of it. Its also a 5 minutes walk to Queen Victoria Market. Nevertheless, a value for money place to just have a roof over your head for your trip/visit to Melbourne.

DO NOT BOOK HERE, The pictures look like nothing like the actual rooms, tiny, dirty and noisy, it felt like a scam hotel, when we entered our room. Will never be coming back here! Save yourself pay a litte extra for somewhere else
