Stayed for a comedy show, such sweet staff and easy to find, was running late and checked out last the time, staff were so kind about it

Convenient location and very close to tram stop. Room was fine, although could get quite dark - we were unable to sleep with the blind open at all due to a bright outside light shining directly into the room.

Only complaint about our room was the bed side table draw in room 404 … was dirty & had a small plastic container in it

Parking isn’t onsite
Rooms are much smaller than the photos show
Sheets are rough
The air vent out side the room sounds like a jet
The cigarette smoke and butts outside the balcony doors ( NON SMOKING SITE )
& they double charged me - and I still haven’t received a receipt even after requesting it
