Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let us leave our car there so we didn't have to pay for parking at the hospital after we checked out. Beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. Suited us for a short stay to be near the RCH for our sons procedure.

good location but expensive considering misleading photos, , but when i advised reception of problems , they asked me to try and fix , they did nothing to help me , it was my problem .

Close to Royal Children's Hospital (less than 5 min walk), friendly staff, comfy bed, free on-site parking. Public transport and supermarket nearby.

The apartment is well situated and met all of our requirements. Super comfy bed and off street parking. Great little kitchenette and lift was very useful. The staff are amazing and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Booked 2 bedroom apartment with family, it was nice, comfy stay. Apartment had all basic necessities like washing machines, dryer, cooking equipment etc

Quite possibly the most squalid accommodation I have had the misfortune to stay in. My ‘apartment’ was filthy, worn out and noisy. The labyrinthine stairs (there’s a lift but it’s useless) were filthy when I arrived and still not cleaned five days later. Rooms are dingy and claustrophobic- you can touch the ceiling with the palm of your hand. And the bathroom? Minute, with a shoe box size sink you can’t even brush your teeth in without hitting your head on the cupboard above. The shower was corroded, filthy and broken. Toilet- broken. Towel rail and toilet roll holder- broken. This appalling accommodation is a total disgrace and the owner / operator should be ashamed. Do NOT stay here.

The wifi service needs attention. Unable to log on, was told to connect ant reception window, and when did (for a split second) it dropped out when we went back into the room.
