Spent a few days at the hotel on business. Nice rooms, very clean, and great nice staff. I can only recommend the kitchen. Thank you for this great stay. I'll definitely be back, but next time not for work, but for vacation.

Hotel about 20 minutes walk from Melk abbey and old town, very quiet. Good parking in front of the hotel as well as the garage. Although I had booked the best room "Bacchus-Zimmer" it did not match the asking price. Dirty sofa with several stains, as well as curtains and carpet. I had asked for the cibattine ... never received! Large but not modern bathroom. Quite expensive restaurant without international cuisine. An appetizer is automatically served which seems free, but then it is found in the bill in the form of a Couvert (service) at the price of 6 euros per person... the customer should be informed in advance.
