The hotel's location is fantastic, and the surrounding area is wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing getaway with great ambiance. The views from the window are amazing. The food was also great—we stayed for three days and the menu changed every time. Of course, some staples stayed the same, but there was always something for everyone. A special thanks for the ice cream at dinner! The rooms are large, spacious, and full of natural light. If I were to recommend any hotel in Malta, it would definitely be this one.

Our room was spacious clean and with a fantastic view. Plenty of pools. And a gym sauna and a excellent breakfast buffet everything and more. The juice could be better but that's the only minor issue everything else was spot on

I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The first night was great, but on the second night, I was moved to a room that was supposed to be 'superior' but had absolutely nothing superior about it! It was half the size of the 'economy' room, had no Smart TV, and an indescribable, terrible smell. I complained at reception, and they told me to open the windows. They refused to change my room or move me to another hotel, and they also refused to refund the 140€ I paid for the night. I was forced to stay there with the windows open, mosquitoes coming in, and the air conditioning, of course, didn't work with the windows open! The sun woke me up at 6 AM! I kept complaining, and they only moved me to another room the following day. To apologize, they offered me dinner with a limited menu. As I'm lactose intolerant, I could only eat one dish. I waited over an hour for dinner! The pools are old, and the indoor one has cold water. Overall, the property isn't horrible, but they definitely need to reconsider their prices; it's fine for 70-80€ a night, but not a cent more! Avoid the buffet restaurant because it's terrible!

Very nice and clean establishment. The spa is open until 11 PM. Excellent and very kind, smiling reception. Located near a small [missing word/phrase].

The facilities were good and everything was great. The cleanliness was phenomenal, everything perfect. The breakfast was incredible. Although I could say that we spent our entire stay trying to get the air conditioning fixed because we had 30 degrees Celsius in the room and in the end, we endured the heat throughout our stay.

Thoroughly disappointing experience. Cockroach in the bathroom. No water available on a day to day basis, we have to buy overpriced water all the time. The food was shocking - pizza was terrible. Service was mediocre. Had to send at least two reminders for jobs to be done - like toilet blockage or opening of the tent near the pool. Didn't extend our checkout by 1 hour. Said would cost an extra charge if they could. Rooms were average at best. No value for money.

Polite staff, calm atmosphere, good prices. You can leave your things in a closed room after you check out.

Its really bad. Its in november and there is no heating system at hotel. The furniture for rooms are so old and bad. I dont recommend if you have any other option. Breakfast area is not good you feel like you are in school lounge. They even ask me to do €30 upragde while they sent me an email for upgrade to €15 I dont like it. There is a construction next to hotel and you can not enjoy rooftop.
