This is a great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Lovely big TV in the room with accessible HDMI port for bringing your own device. I know you don’t book into a hotel to lie and watch TV but it’s nice to catch up on things after a long day out. Location is excellent as no more than 10 min walk to downtown Beale St, and 20 mins to Sun Studios, where the magic began. Reception being renovated while we were there so not quite as functional as it should be but staff were terrific and incredibly polite. Rocky the concierge/manager was a bundle of fun and provided some great info on what to do in this great city 👍

Comfortable home from home ambience. Hospitable staff from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff. Clean. Good location Only negative is bedroom lighting is very dim.

Wade B This was our first trip to Memphis and we were very pleased with this hotel and location. Nicely appointed room and the staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. Great walking distance to many restaurants and bars and the hotel bar was great just needs to be open later. Liked the complimentary use of the umbrella when it was raining.

Great place to stay in Memphis. Very trendy design in a historic building. Within walking distance of lots of tourist attractions. Very helpful staff with clean, comfortable rooms.

Love the aesthetics of the hotel. Is showing a bit of wear in the room. Little details. Bathroom linen were a bit rough. Not luxurious.

The staff was great, the food at breakfast was wonderful and the room was comfortable. We enjoyed walking in the area and shopping at nearby stores. I hope to return soon!
