A nice hotel where the elevator does not work. The pool was closed, which is the one thing I wanted use. The toilet was running (208) and I had to request that the shampoo be refilled as it was empty. One of the entrances to the parking look was closed off to the street due to some kind of mishap where the bollard was knocked out of the pavement. The whole area has private security patrols, remote police cameras and a heavy Memphis police presence. The bar had a limited menu, but the food was good, and Mirada was an outstanding server.
