Bed and the room were comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. WiFi is terrible at best. Even the £5 a day ‘Ultimate WiFi’ was not good at all. Without WiFi, the phone coverage is equally poor. Premier Plus amuses me. Pay extra for things that a hotel should just have, like a mini fridge and WiFi.

Had a one night stopover here in mid May. Friendly staff made for a quick and simple check-in and then I never had any issues. There's a decent amount of parking and the room was nice. I always think it's worth paying the little bit extra for a 'Premier Plus' room: coffee machine, big shower, just generally nicer surroundings.

I stay here a couple of days a month due to work. Been coming since late 2020 Rooms are always clean and tidy, Beds are comfy Reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable. In the restaurant staff are always welcoming. Food is good and you can tweak items a little . Sometimes they are well understaffed but always manage to accommodate and keep happy customers. Looking forward to the new/updated menu later.. Matt the bar manager is a hive of local information Charlie and Tom and other bar staff whose names I forget! are very attentive, professional and polite . It's a nice venue and I wouldn't hesitate to return for a visit other than Work. Bar shuts well before legal last orders on some visits, depends who's in charge I think....that's my only gripe!

The room was clean and tidy and we had a fan which was nice as the weather was very warm. There were four of us in the family room yet we only had two cups and one sachet of coffee. We were kept waiting for ten minutes before we were seated at breakfast and told that they were short staffed. Poor choice of pastries and all items on the cooked breakfast was cold even though it was supposed to be cooked to order. The bar closed at 10pm on a Saturday night and nowhere near by if you did want a later night in the pub.

Very helpful reception staff (Josh),my room was lovely and clean. Parking onsite - very easy. The Table Table restaurant is located next door and is very convenient. I had an evening meal and breakfast there; and both were delicious. Thank you all for such a nice stay.

The hotel is a little 'tired but clean and comfortable. Having the pub/ restaurant on site was great. The hotel is very well placed for visiting lots of the attractions and towns around. (Only 15 minutes to the Zip Wire). The staff in both the hotel and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful.
