I had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable night after my wedding. I am eternally grateful for the disposition of Roberto and the staff, who made sure everything went perfect. The rooms are large, spacious and, above all, very clean and comfortable. Mountain views that I will never forget, recommended.

The hotel was once a good hotel and today it is not so good anymore. The rooms are flat style, with a small kitchen. The bathroom is very tight, with the door opening onto the toilet. Also, the shower is over a small, cramped bathtub. The bed looks very used, the sheets and duvets are worn and the cleaning is not adequate. The elevators are slow, and the reception, even though it has a heater, in winter looks like a refrigerator because the entrance door is HUGE and VERY heavy and there is no spring to close it or any other automatic device. Breakfast, on demand, takes a long time to be served and the room where they serve it, which is on the top floor, despite having a good view of the mountain ranges, is freezing cold so we need to go covered to eat. The price was good but there are better options for the same price.

Las camas son súper cómodas. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El servicio de restaurante increíble y muchas opciones sin tacc. Todos divinos, especialmente Norman que es uno de los de recepción. La pasamos divino. Mendoza es increíble y vale la pena volver tanto a la provincia como al hotel.. Gracias!

El servicio de todos los empleados del hotel impecable. Fue un gusto toda la estadía Lo recomiendo para disfrutar plenamente de tus vacaciones o negocios. Destaco en especial la atención del personal, Ulises en recepción, en gerencia del restaurante Belén y Belén, la mesera, entre otros. Nos vamos felices con el compromiso de volver!!!

El hotel está re bien ubicado, cerca de la Aristides y del centro. La atención siempre es muy buena, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante "El Faro", que dicho sea de paso, posee una vista preciosa. Las habitaciones un lujo con una vista espectacular a la pre cordillera.

No es un hotel, si no es mas como un apar hotel, la instalaciones son cómodas, mejorarían si invirtieran un poco pero lo demás esta bien! los chicos de recpcion y las chicas de limpieza hacen que la estadía valga! toda información que pedíamos nos ayudaban al momento, en cuanto ubicación es privilegiara queda cerca de todo los lugares y restaurantes.
