他們家是我此行最滿意的酒店，前台楊子佳看到我備註要安靜的房間，主動準備要給我打電話告訴我他們的房間狀態，在得知我一人帶娃的情況下跟我説可以先來看看，我確實在進店後聞到了一些味道但是呆了一下沒有什麼感覺了，入住後因為想要的房間臨街，但是房間裏面有小朋友喜歡的小汽車玩具，店員二話不説就幫我們搬進來，儘量的滿足我們的需求；酒店還有洗衣房，一樓的餐廳餐雖然不多，但是中式西式全都有，而且他們家是我們此行喝過唯一的牛奶，不是奶粉沖的，説是7:30開餐，但是臨走要趕火車，提前去阿姨也準備了一些可以吃的，酒店小而精，在蒙自算是裝修非常用心的，還提供精品咖啡，點餐可以直接送到房間去，客服回覆信息非常及時，在這裏住兩天孩子都不想走了，中間有點兒小插曲，員工迅速及時幫忙解決，態度特別積極，下次有機會來蒙自還會住他們家，他們這裏酒店大部分都臨街，他們家真的特別安靜的了

看了好評，對這家酒店期待特別高了，但是沒想到來入住的時候服務人員態度特別差，擺臭臉，我正常入住，又沒提什麼過分的要求房間的那個杯子也是特別的臟，停車場小，酒店是老酒店翻新電梯等部分設施都很舊，隔音也不好，早上的早餐9:00左右去吃，什麼都沒有了真的太失望了。[失望]
