the reception was very kind to upgrade me to a bigger room.
the guard on the ground was also very kind to offer me a parking space near hotel gate but I prefer the underground one.
all set up are very good and handy except 1 minor issue. The bath gel / shampoo / conditioner are in bottles mounted on the wall. You need use one hand to squeeze the soft plastic bottle and use another hand to receive underneath and this is not very convenient. furthermore you need some muscle to squeeze and the height is too tall for a kid. So suggest to us an electronic sensor dispenser or one hand operation dispenser.

Good location.Excellent Nan lake view .A new Hampton in Mengzi is a correct choice for travelers.The staffs of hotel are kind and friendly.Most surprise is they prepared a baby’s cot in the room.

The hotel is located on the bank of Nanhu Lake, next to a large shopping mall, and very close to Southwest Associated University, the old customs site, Pioneer Bookstore, etc. The location is excellent. The room decoration is very warm, and the bed decorations are carefully decorated with flowers and green plants when you check in. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich and the meal service time is relatively long. Special praise should be given to the hotel's caring receptionist Yueyue. The day before check-in, she called to communicate room needs, patiently explained the tour route, upgraded the room type, and presented welcome fruits and yogurt. Xiaolong and Xiaomin at the front desk were very enthusiastic and explained the hotel's services in detail. It was a very good stay experience. It would be better if you use a high-speed elevator.
