Excellent location and 2 bedroom cabin was neat and tidy. Great park with beautiful friendly kangaroos and bird life. Most facilities were good although the spa was unserviceable and there was some roadworks being done. It is a great location and we will definitely be back again in the warmer months

The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was a lounge room above the public kitchen which was great for small gatherings and chats after dinner.
The water park was good.
I am unhappy with G'day Rewards support as their website was broken and they did not apply my membership rewards.
The standard villa was old and smelly.
The water tap in the bathroom was leaking. The shower head was broken.
Internet reception was awful and the wifi was not usable - as expected!

It was a walk to the beach had kangaroos and young goannas cabin was lovely but wish they supplied some draino for the sink and wish there was a barbecue on verandah and wished that the stove fan worked otherwise all was georgeous

So many great facilities for families and the cabin was very clean and in great condition. The only thing I could say is that dishwashers in the cabins would be more hygenic for guests and cleaners to clean dishes and also more water wise.

Great location. Fantastic staff. A bit better communication around why facilities were not open would have been better. Reason for the pool being closed this morning came well after the opening time.
