Ohhhh my am I happy to leave a good review for this apartment. I booked without reading reviews, then read them, couldn’t get a refund and fully panicked. The reviews I have read are awful and I genuinely expected the worst. However, on arrival the reception team are lovely and so helpful! I told them my concerns on arrival and they assured me that if there are any issues I can speak to them and they will do their best to help/fix any issues. Paid for parking on arrival. On entering the rooms they were more spacious than I expected, super clean and enough cutlery for the amount of us staying. The beds were made up and again, clean!! Bathrooms looked almost brand new. My only issue would be that the bed wasn’t the comfiest but that is personal preference and isn’t unusual when not sleeping in your own bed! I was hesitant about the deposit after reviews of not getting it back, we’ve paid £100 that is currently pending. Can’t comment on getting it back as we only stayed 1 night ago but after speaking with reception they have apparently changed their system and now it shouldn’t be an issue unless you actually do leave damage/a mess. But again, they have told me if it’s not sorted after 10 working days to speak to them and they will sort it out, so no complaints from me!

Good city break to Liverpool with a few mates. Had fun and did a good bit of sight seeing while we were there. Fascinating place . Also had a fantastic range of night clubs and restaurants which we had great fun going round.

This was a strange place . Outside half of the sign was missing. No sign in ‘reception’ which looked more like a cleaner’s station. Wasn’t sure if we actually came to the correct place .Receptionist was very friendly and chatty nonetheless but not so the next morning. Was told to leave my case in the store a few metres away as we were early for check in. The store said it all. Brand new crockery, towels etc surrounded by rubbish on the floor and complete disorganisation. Disgusting really. The lifts needed cleaning.Sanitiser was provided at the lift doors. New carpet in the corridors was fresh. Our first apt was a 1 bedroom apt with a sofa bed as our party were 3 adults. The double was the worst bed I have ever felt. Every spring in the mattress was about to poke through. We were exhausted after a 3 hour delay and being up 20hrs so we put the single quilt on top of the mattress to be able to sleep on it for the first night as it was late and we had no energy to see reception about it. The 3rd person in our party was not arriving til the next day as we were booked for 2 nights and it was just as well. There was no sofa bed conversion only a child’s camp bed in our bedroom. There was only 1 bedside lamp, inadequate cutlery and crockery and a dangerously wobbly chair at the table. The apt was a strange shape, with windows that could open a small amount which is good for a high rise . The view was great, especially at night . The blinds did not block out the light and one of them only partially closed. The next morning I asked at ‘reception’ about a sofa bed being exchanged for the children’s camp bed that was in our room. We were asked was there not a pull out bed under our double. We didn’t think so and they didn’t seem to know either . I explained that the camp bed nor a pull out her would be suitable as it was not a child who was arriving tonight but an adult . The response was to confirm with us that we were only staying one more night and then weren’t we checking out at 10am! ie it’s all ok for one more night the way it is ! One girl responded that ‘she wasn’t humping a sofa bed on her back into the apt’!!! One other member of staff nodded in the direction of a male member of staff who arrived behind the desk- ‘ask him’ she said to the other girl behind the desk . This ‘manager ‘ (dressed in a hoodie!) had a different attitude and was very accommodating and offered us a move to a 2 bedroom apt. When we moved the new apt , it was huge. Definitely people live in these as there were door mats outside some of the doors in the corridors. The kitchen and bathroom like the other apt was brand new with full size fridge, freezer, cooker and washing machine. There was also a slim line dishwasher and washing tablets for both . The cutlery and crockery were still inadequate and only chairs for 4 people. The blinds in one bedroom actually had the raw plugs hanging out of the wall and didn’t close. However the beds were much improved but

Reception staff rude and unhelpful - on three occasions we asked for mugs for tea and were promised they would bring them to our room - still waiting.!!! Only 2 dirty knives and 3 forks in cutlery drawer, 1 dinner plate, 4 side plates and no bowls. The night time security guy gave us glasses to use for drinking our tea and coffee. Suite was full of crumbs in between the cushions and I found a tiara under the bed and a false eyelash in the hall - obviously the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. No remote control for TV either. Very disappointed with the apartment which wasn't cheap to book. Avoid at all costs!

To be plain and simple : *reception desk is in another building a 5 min walk away which we did not know about. *disgusting facilities *DIDNT GET DAMAGE DEPOSIT BACK (£100) We have tried ringing and emailing but no answer. So had to take this further to get our money back. *No private car park at the hotel you just have to find the closest car park to it. Very sketchy. Felt like a scam. DO NOT BOOK!

The apartments itself was nice but a few things were already damaged and the tv didn’t work properly. The staff were very rude, talking amongst themselves and ignoring customers who wanted to check in/out. After we had left we tried to contact them about lost property because I had left behind a sentimental jumper and I emailed and rung them and the don’t answer emails or the phone. We also waited two weeks to have our damage deposit back because we didn’t damage anything in the room and we had taken pictures of everything that was damaged as soon as we arrived, we didn’t get our damage deposit back and I have rung them countless times about it at different times of the day and they never answer the phone so that’s £100 that you lose out on. It almost seems like a scam so I would highly recommend AVOIDING this as a place to stay in Liverpool as there are much nicer places to stay with better staff and nicer rooms.
