1. При заселении сразу возникли проблемы, отель бронь не видит, но через 10 минут заселили, после поиска свободных номеров.
2. Номер не соответствовал тому, что забронировали, меньше, одна кровать, ванная другая меньше и душ пластиковый. Остальное в номере все имеется, особых замечаний нет.
3. Завтрак скудный, омлет самому готовить надо, выбора минимум, из напитков один чай, ни кофе ни соков, из сладостей одни джемы и варенье. Завтрак разочаровал.
4. При выезде ждал очередной сюрприз, сказали номер не оплачен, платите. В итоге 1 час через поддержку Trip.com ждали решения вопроса. Все чеки об оплате есть, но не отпускали. Предлагали еще раз оплатить картой.
5. Парковка сразу напротив входа, машины под наблюдением.
6. До 24-00 в отеле играла музыка очень громко.
7. И самое неприятное, из-за чего мы и выбрали этот отель- СПА центр. Мы хотели туда сходить, но он закрыт давно и неизвестно когда откроют. На сайте нет информации, что он не работает. Знали бы это, то не поехали сюда. Цена за номер выше других отелей.
8. В ванной практически холодная вода только, с крана горячей воды течет не ледяная вода и все. Душ весь дырявый, течет мимо.
Итого: проблемы с заселением выездом, заявленные услуги не предоставляются. Не рекомендую.
