The rest in this hotel was perfect.
The breakfast was fantastic, the room service also on a high level. The location was  really good, near to Bali Collection where u can buy a lot of souvenirs and other staff, the market with fruits also close, like 10 minutes walk. Also nearby u can buy SIM card. Strongly recommend for staying.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Meru Bali, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. The facilities are world-class—modern, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and convenience.

The design of the space is a highlight in itself. Luxurious, yet with a unique character that sets it apart from any other resort I’ve visited. Every corner of the property reflects a perfect balance of elegance and innovation.

I want to especially commend the spa reception team. Their gracious hospitality and attention to detail made my spa experience incredibly relaxing and memorable. They made me feel completely at home and taken care of.

I highly recommend The Meru Bali to anyone looking for a truly luxurious getaway. I will absolutely be returning in the future—and I’m already encouraging my friends to plan their stay here as well.

The hotel's proximity to the port made it very convenient for sea excursions. There's an ATM right outside, a small convenience store, and a street nearby offering boat/scooter rentals and dining options, which was very handy. The night market seafood wasn't as delicious as what we've had in Jakarta, and dining there in the evening was quite unpleasant due to the pervasive smoke. Complimentary airport transfers are a great plus. The hot water was excellent, which I was very satisfied with. I would definitely consider staying here again for future sea trips.

Environment: On our second night, we returned to find a bag of trash inexplicably left outside our door, which was incredibly frustrating! 😡

Facilities: Good.
Cleanliness: Acceptable (though the pillowcases consistently had visible stains).

The beach is just steps away, and it’s pristine, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or catching a sunset. The pool area was another highlight—well-maintained and surrounded by tropical greenery, making it ideal for lounging the day away.

Breakfast was a delight each morning, offering a good mix of local and international options. The restaurant staff were attentive, and the food was consistently fresh and flavorful.
