Perfect place to stay. Thankyou

When we found this hotel, we were determined to go as the photos looked stunning - in fact, they don't do it justice now that we have been. We even lost the date we wanted to go and changed our departure date to be able to go here and it was most definitely worth it! We upgraded to a one bedroom suite as we wanted a treat but I am confident all the other apartments around both sites were just as beautiful. Our daughter turned 12 a month ago so we wanted her to have a bit more privacy but it wasn't really necessary but the extra space was gorgeous! We loved our terrace where we ate breakfast and we also had a little balcony overlooking the road and small pool site where we could hear the music and enjoy people-watching! We had everything we needed for a self-catering and loved how close Lidl and Greek supermarket were as we were determined to make some meals and completely chill. There is a mini supermarket just down the road from the hotel that is open until 1.30am which we were over the moon about as we arrived after midnight so was really great to grab water, snacks and a few beers! It is reasonably priced, too! The beaches, 3mins walk down from hotel, are stunning! Great beach bars/restaurants and the water is beautiful. A top tip - all beach supplies can be bought from a big shop called Jumbo (5-10mins walk) up the road from the hotel. So cheap - like a Greek B & M. The bus to Chania stops right outside the hotel and it is cheaper to buy bus tickets from the local mini supermarket (1 euro 20 each way) and takes about 10-15mins. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced when needed - always busy keeping everywhere clean and all staff were so, so friendly and kind. The receptionists are wonderful for helping with bus times for trips further afield and are a wealth of information on anything you may need to know. The food and drink on the smaller pool site were our favourite. The other pool was fun and bigger so better for kids wanting to play but our daughter really loved the smaller pool as it was usually quiet and we could still play games without it being too busy. Happy Hour is brilliant and one of the bar staff made the very best cocktails and was very generous with the measures! Really lovely staff! The food was really lovely - we only had lunch once as we were usually at the beach and did want to venture out to other places to eat but highly recommend the food at the hotel. I could go on and on but hoping you can see just how wonderful this place is and even though we have already planned Italy next year, we are absolutely going back to Anais in 2027. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Get booking!

I like the hotel, because it is cozy, close to the Golden beach- which is actually very nice sand beach, children friendly. It's my second time there. It's quite, calm, relaxing- exactly what I needed . Close to Chania city - 10 min by bus if u don't rent a car. We did rent one and we could explore other places like Elafonissi, Agia Marina, Kissamos, Balos... Room r big with opportunity to make a breakfast by ur self. Even tho the hotel had a great breakfast, we wanted to eat our own because I m crazy about the homemade yogurt and cheese and the extremely delicious fruits and veggies. So basically, I ate almost only that. Polite staff. If a person expects top luxury, well its not so fancy, but I love that place. Clean and with beautiful greek spirit garden:)

We had a luxury suit, this had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms had walk in showers. Both beds had twin beds. The air con through out worked perfectly. We also had a shaded balcony. The downstairs hosted a kitchenette and lounge. The TV didn’t work (we didn’t report this so this may have been us). However the main issue was the kitchenette, on the listing it says we have a microwave, hob and oven. On arrival we realised there was no oven. This makes self catering much harder and limited us to microwaveable ready meals which wasn’t what we prefer. There were some ants across the kitchen side also but the room itself was very clean and I expect ants are just a common issue in such hot places. The hotel has 2 pools with set opening times, a decent gym and is an easy walk from the beach. There is a Lidl not far which is better than the mini supermarket over the road. There is also a delicious bakery up the road. With an oven, this may have been a 5 star.

What a lovely hotel !You actually feel that you are in a traditional Cretan hotel. The decor is lovely from the oak carved headboard and wardrobe doors you do get the feeling that you are experiencing a little bit of Crete. Reception staff deliver outstanding customer service and nothing seems to be too much trouble !My room is spacious and spotlessly clean with fridge TV and aircon. I do not like writing negatives as my experience has been so positive but here however breakfast uninspiring and a little chaotic. The bar ran out of milk and orange juice. The toaster took ages to work and the coffee was cold. On display there were a few slices of tinned peaches and pears, cold scrambled eggs and a few slices of bread.. At 12 Euros not good value for money. I paid 9Euros 20 on my first night for a glass of wine with soda at the bar at Happy Hour? All a bit expensive! Girl behind the bar on the next day said that she had made a mistake and gave me a free Coke to make up for it. This afternoon a family arrived ; they appeared to be friends of one of the bar staff. They had 4 children who used the pool even after 6pm when the lifeguard left. I love children BUT when I return to your hotel In September 2025 I will be dismayed if families who are not paid guests are allowed to use the facilities of the hotel for free. A great little hotel let down a bit by the bar.

Our holidays in Anais Collection will be unforgettable.Everything was wonderful.The gardens were well kept,the rooms were clean and comfortable and the employees were friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.We had at our disposal 2 big swimming pools with crystal water and 2 gyms.We thank you very much for the experience we had and we will definitely come back next year.
