San Bernadino is a lovely village, we stayed for 3 nights while attending Gioasteka. The room had plenty of windows and we had a view to the mountains, bathroom was small, wifi good. The hotel was booked out and we were away from the elevator at the end of the corridor so didn't here a lot of the comings and goings. Breakfast was good, we didn't dine in the hotel so can't comment. Well glazed windows so didn't hear the church bells and was able to sleep in.

Large room, very comfortable beds, beautiful interior. Here you can really feel at home in the mountains. Great gastronomic offer and nice service. A place in the mountains to feel good and discover. Beautiful ski area and the opportunity to simply hike in the snow.

We’ve been loyal customers, having stayed here several times last season, and recently returned for a new project. Unfortunately, this time, we encountered a very disappointing experience. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive, only to be told by The receptionist that we could not check in after 8:00 PM, despite our efforts to explain our situation. There was no mention of this restriction during the booking process or in the confirmation email, as shown in the screenshots I’ve given them . Out of courtesy, I had even messaged the reception earlier in the day to let them know we would be arriving by 11:00 PM, based on the suggestion from a previous stay, but the response was unhelpful and left us stranded without accommodation for the night. After driving for hours from Lucca, we were left without a place to stay, which caused great inconvenience and frustration. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, as this level of hospitality is far from what we expected from a place we’ve enjoyed in the past.

Il Brocco Posta e’ un hotel di tutto rispetto che rientra in un importante progetto di valorizzazione di San Bernardino. Conoscendolo da anni ed essendo un cliente sia stagionale che casuale osservo ogni volta che ne faccio visita migliorie continue e sono molto felice. La zona relax vicino al camino e l’adiacente reception e’ incantevole e ti fa sentire subito in un ambiente curato e di montagna. Il ristorante e’ all’altezza della struttura ricettiva. Cibi locali, staff cordiale e disponibile in un ambiente immerso nel legno e nei profumi. Le stanze così come l’ambiente per la colazione e sono state tutte riattate e sono molto accoglienti. Una nota sulla quale sono certo già vi e’ attenzione e’ il comfort del letto non decisamente nella media la mancanza di cuscini adeguati per la diversità dei bisogni della clientela e l’assenza di doppi tripli vetri per l’insonorozzazione delle stanze. Noi sicuramente saremo sempre clienti del Brocco posta perché ogni volta ci sentiamo proprio a casa.

Ho trascorso solo una notte in questo hotel tutto rinnovato e moderno. Ho avuto una bella camera superior, spaziosa, pulita e con vista sulle montagne. Personale alla reception e di sala,dove ho pure cenato, gentile. La colazione consone ad un albergo di tre stelle . Tutto sommato una ottima scelta per un soggiorno al San Bernardino con buona relazione qualità/prezzo.

Empfang, Bedienung Restaurant sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön mit Holz und Steinmaterialen eingerichtet. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen waren die undichten Fenster. Es hat gezogen wie in Grossmütterchens Stübchen. Ansonsten wurde das Hotel toll saniert. 3 Punkte, weil Küchen Angebot und Preisgestaltung nicht überzeugte. Die Preise teuer wie in Zürcher und bei Halbpension wird während der ganzen Aufenthaltsdauer die gleiche Auswahl Angeboten. Das Küchen Angebot ist sehr speziell und somit schnell Ratlos, was am Abend bestellt werden soll - Leider keine Saison Angebote. Die Pizzas sehen lecker aus, der Rand ist dick wie ein Baguette, was beim Rückschub gehäuft liegen bleibt. Das Menu Angebot sollte überdenkt werden.

Non avevo mai prenotato a San Bernardino, seratona di festa al 1 agosto. Accoglienza ottima, personsle molto cortese. Stanza molti bella. Purtroppo non posso fare una recensione sui pasti. Comunque albergo incastonato nel bellisimo paese di San Bernardino. Consiglio vivamente.
